TURN AROUND TIME
We're all about delivering top-notch media that truly showcases your property in its best light. That means our team puts in the time to perfect every detail, from color correction to ensuring those images pop just right. So while we may take a tad longer to fine-tune everything, trust us, it's because we're committed to giving you nothing short of excellence.
Hang tight, and get ready to be impressed by the quality and attention to detail in your final results! 🌟
For most projects, we advise clients to expect delivery by the end of the next day for photos, Matterport and iGuide. While we strive to deliver most jobs by early afternoon, occasional delays may occur, especially during peak seasons like spring. Traditional twilight shoots require a 48-hour turnaround time. Virtual staging typically takes 1-2 days from the completion of photo editing.
Upon completion, you will receive an email containing download links for your media, including iGuide measurements, floorplans, 3D floorplans, real estate videos, photos and Matterport Tours. Please note that delivery times may vary, so it's advisable to consult with us at the time of booking.
We regret to inform you that rush jobs are generally not accommodated. This is to maintain the exceptional quality of our work, for which we are renowned, and to avoid delays for other clients in the queue.
24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
To ensure smooth operations and accommodate any unexpected delays, we kindly ask that you allow a 30-minute window for our onsite arrival. This buffer time helps us manage unforeseen circumstances that may arise from previous appointments. Your understanding and flexibility are greatly appreciated as we strive to deliver exceptional service.
We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling to respect our schedule. Failure to notify us in advance and resulting in a canceled appointment upon our arrival will incur a cancellation fee of $125 per service, with exceptions granted for exceptional circumstances.
To maintain efficiency and timeliness, we request that properties be "photo-ready" before our arrival. Delays caused by unprepared properties may necessitate rescheduling and could incur a cancellation fee to ensure punctuality for subsequent appointments. Your cooperation in ensuring readiness is essential for us to deliver our best service.
MEDIA USAGE LICENSING TERMS
To safeguard the interests, intellectual property rights, and livelihood of both our company, and our photographers, all media provided are the exclusive intellectual property of Snap Squad Visual Marketing Inc.
Residential Real Estate Terms
All media are accompanied by a single, non-transferable license allowing the usage for marketing the listing for sale. The media cannot be gifted, exchanged, or sold to other parties. Solely the client who has acquired the images possesses the rights to their utilization. The client (licensee) is not authorized to distribute the media to other parties such as builders, designers, contractors, stagers, sellers, buyers etc., without express permission. In such cases additional licensing fees would apply. Snap Squad should be credited for publications whenever feasible.
The duration of each license, applicable when the property is listed for sale with a professional real estate agent, aligns with the corresponding listing agreement's term. If the listing agreement lapses or is terminated, so does the usage license. Should a new listing agreement be initiated by the same real estate agent and property owner, the usage license term is automatically renewed.
Licenses are strictly non-transferable in any form.
